How do I edit the SEO meta title and description in Page Settings?

How to set a custom SEO meta title and description for each page of your UENI website.

Search engine optimization (SEO) helps customers find your website when they search for what you offer. With On-Page SEO, you can set a custom meta title and description for each page, giving every page a better chance to stand out in search results.

Step 1: Open the UENI Editor

Log in to your UENI Hub and click Edit Website.

Step 2: Open Page Settings

Go to Pages and open the page you want to edit. In this example, we use About Us, but the steps are the same for every page.

  1. Select the About Us section and choose a content block.

  2. Scroll to the bottom to find Page Settings.

Step 3: Write your title and description

  • Page Title: the title shown in search results. Keep it concise with your main keywords, ideally 60 to 70 characters.

  • Meta Description: the summary under the title in search results. Describe the page clearly to encourage clicks, ideally 120 to 158 characters.

Pro tip: Write for people, not just search engines. Avoid stuffing in keywords, and give every page its own unique title and description.

Step 4: Save your changes

Click Save.

Warning: Search results can take a few days to a few weeks to update. Search engines may also change your title or description, or show a different snippet that better matches a search.
