Thumbnails are the small images customers see in your product and service listings. Editing them helps your listings look polished and more appealing, on both desktop and mobile.
Warning: Your products or services need to be fully listed with an image first. See how to edit your Products or edit your Services.
Step 1: Open your Products or Services
Log in to your UENI Hub and click Edit Website. Click Pages, choose the page with your products or services, and open that section.
Step 2: Open the Media section
Select a product or service and scroll down to Media.
Step 3: Edit the thumbnail
Choose Thumbnail and click the pencil icon.
Resize, crop or apply filters. See how to use the image editor.
Apply your settings. The new thumbnail appears in your listing.
Step 4: Edit the mobile thumbnail (optional)
Click the mobile icon and repeat the same steps to adjust how the thumbnail looks on phones.
Step 5: Save your changes
Click Save. Your thumbnail updates straight away.
