For greater convenience, UENI tries to pre-fill most of your information based on your Google My Business profile. However, you're free to edit it as often as you like using your Listings dashboard. 


To get started, just log in to your business Hub here and head to your Reputation tab. 

Here, you'll be able to access your Listings and Reviews dashboards. For a visual guide, view this video



 


Next, select Listings to access your business information. 



You'll land in your Listings manager, where you may view and edit all the information displayed on your listings. 


Your Company Details will be located at the top of your dashboard. To amend them, click the Edit button.

Now, use the areas provided to edit or add your important company details:

When you're finished making your changes, hit Save. Your information will be automatically updated across all your listings. 



Here's some of the information you may include:

  • Location Name: Fill in your exact name, this is also case sensitive
  • Address line 1: Fill in the exact address of the location
  • Address line 2: This is optional. For example P.O. Box, suite, unit, building, floor, shopping mall. 
  • Postal code: Fill in the exact postal code, be precise also with adding a space yes or no.
  • City: City of your location
  • Country: Country of your location
  • Telephone number: Telephone number potential visitors can reach you - always add the country code
  • Email address: Add the email address where people can reach you
  • Website: Your location/brand's official website
  • Languages: The languages are spoken by the employees in the locations
  • Primary category: The category describes your location best (pick carefully as this will greatly influence your search results)
