Want to view all your customer reviews across every platform, from one single place?
Use your Review Manager to get an easy overview of your customer feedback and reply to reviews in a few quick steps.
To get started, log in to your business Hub here and head to your Pro Features tab.
Scroll down and you'll be able access your Listings and Reviews dashboards via Listing Management.
You'll see your account overview, which will look like this:
Click on Manage reviews, and you'll land in your Review Manager.
Now, scroll down to Platform Overview to see all the places your business has received customer reviews. Click on a platform to view your specific platform reviews.
Lastly, select Go to Review to view the review and respond to it if you wish.
