Please note: The Listings dashboard is exclusively available to customers on Plus & Reputation plans (Pre-October 2021). If you're on a different subscription, this feature is unfortunately no longer available
With a valid UENI Plus or Reputation plan, you can activate the Listings dashboard to have your business automatically listed on more than ten different platforms!
What's better is that you can access all of these platforms all from the convenience of your UENI Hub.
To get started, log in to the UENI Hub and click on the My Customers tab from the top of the screen.
In case your Google listing (GMB) listing is not fully set up, please follow the instructions outlined here before proceeding further.
If your Google listing is ready to go, please follow the video guide below or read on for further instructions:
- Click Listings in the left-hand navigation bar
- Select the relevant business location from the drop-down menu
- If the address shown is correct, click Confirm. If not correct, please follow the instructions highlighted here to modify your business address.
- Double-check all of the information shown and make any necessary changes. You can click on the check box I don't serve customers at my location address if you are a mobile merchant.
- Under Language(s), enter the languages you cater to.
- Under Primary Category, add the most appropriate category your business identifies as.
- Click Next.
- Double-check the opening hours provided and make any necessary changes.
- Click Next.
- If you have extra business information you would like to provide, click on Add additional information. Otherwise, click on Finish later. You can always come back to this later once the dashboard is fully set up.
- On this new page, scroll down to the Company Description section and click on the Keywords field.
- Under Keywords, add relevant keywords that best describe your business.
- Under Short description, add a relevant and concise description of your business.
- Under Long description, add a more detailed description of your business.
- Click Save.
- On this new page, confirm your location on the map by dragging the map to your business' actual location.
- On the left-hand side, click on Social Accounts to add the links for your business' social media pages.
- Click Save.
- Now, start adding the various services and/or brands you offer in your business.
- Click Save.
- On this page, you can start adding the Attributes offered by your business, such as wheel-chair accessibility, Wi-Fi access, etc. You can also make it clear about some of the attributes you don't provide by adding them and toggling No.
- Click Save.
- Add the various Payment Options you provide to your customers one-by-one.
- Click Save.
- On this page, you can start adding various images for your business, such as logo, cover photo, main photos, and more. Make sure to use high-quality images for this page.
- Click Save.
- On the left-hand side, click on Additional Categories and start adding any other relevant categories your business identifies as.
- Click Save and then Close.
- Once you're certain about all the information you have provided, click on the Auto-sync toggle button in the top-right corner to start syncing all of this information to each of your listings via the dashboard.
- Click on Continue syncing.
And with that, your Listings dashboard is fully set up and ready to go!
