Please note: The Listings dashboard is exclusively available to paying customers on Plus and higher subscriptions. If you're on a free plan, please follow these steps to upgrade your subscription first. 

If you're a free customer and you need to connect your Google My Business entry, then follow these steps.


The Listings dashboard is one of the key features of the Plus plan. If your GMB (Google My Business) listing is not fully set up, the dashboard cannot be activated. However, there is a simple solution that you can follow.


To get started, log in to the UENI Hub and in the My Hub tab, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the following Google My Business prompt.




You'll now be directed to the Reputation tab. On this page, add your exact business address to the best of your knowledge, as shown in the following clip:



Once entered, click on Submit. Please note that if you selected the Hide my address option when submitting your business details, the address will not be visible in your final listing. It is only required in the database for building your listing in the first place.


After a brief loading period, you will receive the following message:




It may take up to 24 hours for Google to review this request and for your listing to be fully built.


Once enough time has elapsed, access the Reputation tab from the top of the page.




Now your Reputation overview will be ready to go! Click on Listings from the left-hand side and you'll be prompted to start the activation of your Listings dashboard:
