Please note: The Reviews Manager is exclusively available to paying customers on the Reputation subscription. If you're on a free plan, please follow these steps to upgrade your subscription first. 


With an upgrade to the UENI Reputation plan, you can activate the Reviews Manager to manage all of the reviews your business receives on all kinds of platforms, while also allowing you to compare your statistics and data with up to three different competitors!


You can access all of this information straight from the convenience of your UENI Hub.


To get started, log in to the UENI Hub and click on the Reputation tab from the top of the screen.




Before moving on to the Reviews Manager, it would be helpful if you have set up the Listings dashboard in advance. If you haven't done this yet, please follow the instructions outlined here before proceeding further. 


If the Listings dashboard is ready to go, please follow the video guide below or read on for further instructions on how to activate the Reviews Manager:



  1. Click Reviews and then Review Manager in the left-hand navigation bar
  2. Select the relevant business location from the drop-down menu
  3. If the address shown is correct, click Confirm. If not correct, please follow the instructions highlighted here to modify your business address.
  4. On this page, you can add the links to all existing reviews platforms you wish to connect to your Reviews Manager. Feel free to add more links later even once this has been set up.
  5. Click on Add More to select from a wider range of platforms you wish to connect.
  6. Click Next.
  7. On this page, again click Next.
  8. Click Start Now to begin the connection.
  9. After a brief loading period, you will now see be directed to the Reviews Manager where you can manage all the reviews for your business in a single platform.


And with that, your Reviews Manager is fully set up and ready to go!
