Your About Us section is a key part of your website—it introduces your business, builds trust, and helps customers connect with your brand. With our latest updates, you now have full control over its layout, style, and content. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you personalize it with ease!


Step 1: Access the Editor

  1. Log in to your UENI account.
  2. Open the Editor to start making changes.
  3. On the left-hand panel, click on Pages.
  4. Select the page where you want to add or edit the About Us section.

Step 2: Add or Edit Your About Us Section

If you don’t have an About Us section yet, click “Add Section” and select “About”.

If you already have an About Us section, click on it to edit its content and layout.


Step 3: Customize Your About Us Section

Once inside the About Us section, you can personalize different elements:


Title & Subtitle



  • Add a Title to introduce the section or disable it for a cleaner look.
  • Add a Subtitle to provide extra details or clarifications.


Content Blocks



  • Add multiple Content Blocks to highlight different aspects of your business.
  • Rearrange the order of blocks to create a compelling story. To do this, click on the Edit button, click and drag the content blocks using the three-line icon on the left, then click “Apply”


  • When you click on Edit, you can also activate the Block options to customize the look and content of each content block.


  • Block Title and Block Text: Change the title and description for each content block.
  • Media: Replace the image associated with each block.
  • Background: Add an image or color background to the content block.
  • Action Button: Add a call-to-action and define its function (link to a page, product, service, phone number, email, or contact form).
  • Block Options: Here, you'll be able to choose whether the full description is displayed on the main page or requires a click to expand, show or hide the "Read More" hyperlink, swap the image’s location relative to the text, and adjust title and text alignment.
  • Delete: Remove the content block from the section.


Section Options (Customize the Full Section Look)


  • Full Width Mode: Make the section span the entire width of the page.
  • No Internal Pages: Decide if clicking a block opens a new page or keeps all content visible.
  • Desktop/Mobile Padding Options: Adjust spacing at the top, bottom, and between content blocks. Can be modified for either desktop or mobile versions.
  • Desktop/Mobile Block Image Size: Control image sizes within each content block. Can be modified for either desktop or mobile versions.
  • Desktop/Mobile Block Size: Adjust content block width for a better layout. Can be modified for either desktop or mobile versions.


You can toggle between Desktop or Mobile versions by clicking on the Version Toggle button.


Change Layout


Layout presets for the About section is a feature that is exclusive for Plus and Growth plans. Click here to learn more about the features included in our Premium plans!


  • Choose from 9 preset layouts to control how blocks appear (vertical, horizontal, square images, circular images, etc.).


Delete Section

  • If you no longer need this section, click Delete to remove it.


Step 4: Customize Content Block Pages

If the No Internal Pages option is disabled, clicking on a Content Block title or Read More hyperlink (if active) takes users to a separate page. You can edit these pages as well. To access the menu, just click on the title in the Content Blocks section.


This will take you to the Block Page menu where you can edit:


  • Title: Add or edit the block title.
  • Desktop/Mobile Alignment: Choose between center, left, or right-aligned titles.
  • Desktop/Mobile Font Size: Choose the font size of the title
  • Title Color: Set the font color for the block title.
  • Description: Add the main text that describes your business or services.

 

  • Media: Upload or change the image for the content block. You can also embed a video from YouTube or Vimeo!

  • Action Button: Add a button that links to a page, phone, email, service, or product.


  • Content Options: This option enables text wrapping around the image, adjust the image alignment (left, center, right), and customize the image width and height.


Step 5: Save Your Changes

Once you’ve customized your About Us section to your liking, be sure to save your changes to make them live on your website!
