Facebook Product Sync shows your products on Facebook, making it easier to win sales there, even if you don't have a Facebook business account yet. It usually takes weeks to set up, but with UENI you can be ready in under 72 hours.
Note: Already set up Google Product Sync? You're halfway there, as your products already meet the requirements.
Part 1: Connect your Facebook account
Step 1: Open Product Sync
In the UENI Editor, click Settings, then Shopping Cart, then Product Sync.
Step 2: Connect with Facebook
Click Connect with Facebook, then click it again in the pop-up.
Log in to Facebook, or sign up.
Click Continue in the small window that appears.
Step 3: Choose your business account and page
Don't have a Facebook business account and page? Add a business name, click Continue, then click Create and fill in the details Facebook asks for.
Already have them? Select your business account and page, then click Continue.
Step 4: Wait for Facebook's approval
You'll return to your UENI Editor. Facebook can take up to 72 hours to approve your Shop and will email you when it's ready.
Part 2: Set up your Facebook Shop
Step 1: Open your Shop settings
Back in Product Sync, click Configure Facebook Shop and log in to Facebook. Select Shops, then Go to Shops.
Step 2: Set your checkout method
On the Create your shop page, set your checkout method to Checkout on another Website, confirm your business email, and click Save.
Your UENI products are now synced to your Facebook page.
Step 3: Customize and publish
Click Configure Facebook Shop anytime to edit your shop. Your products load automatically in the Products Catalogue. When you're done, click Overview, then Publish Now.
Warning: Facebook can take up to 24 hours to review your page before customers can browse it.
