Collecting and replying to reviews is key to your online presence. The more positive reviews and replies you have, the higher you'll rank in search results. You can reply to your Google reviews straight from your UENI Hub.
Warning: Your Google listing needs to be connected to your UENI Hub first. See how to connect it.
Step 1: Open your Google Listing
Go to the My Customers tab in your UENI Hub and scroll down to your Google Listing section.
Step 2: Write your reply
Click Reply next to a review and enter your response.
Step 3: Post your reply
Click Post reply.
Note: Your reply can take a day or two to appear on Google.
