Connecting your Google Business Profile (GBP) to your UENI website lets us manage and update your listing for you. Whenever you update your opening hours, add pictures or edit your services and products, the changes also reach your GBP.
Step 1: Open My Customers
Log in to your UENI Hub and click the My Customers tab. Scroll down to the Google Business Profile section.
Step 2: Connect your Google account
Click Give UENI access to improve your Google my Business Listing.
Select Connect my Google account.
Follow Google's prompts.
What syncs once you're connected
Syncs to Google: your opening hours and services, which overwrite what's currently on Google.
Doesn't sync: business name, address, phone number, amenities, promotions and testimonials.
Photos: your existing Google photos stay, and your website's gallery and hero images are added.
Warning: The sync only goes one way, from your website to Google. Changes you make on Google won't appear on your UENI website.
Pro tip: Once connected, you can reply to your Google reviews right from your Hub.
