A custom domain is your website's own address on the web. It helps people find you, makes your business look more professional, and fits neatly on business cards and marketing materials.
Warning: Custom domains are only available on recurring UENI subscriptions. You can choose yours once your website is built, and we'll guide you through it during your 1:1 Delivery meeting.
Step 1: Log in to your UENI Hub
Log in to your UENI Hub. You'll see a purple banner inviting you to select your domain.
Step 2: Search for your domain
Type your preferred domain, such as yourbusinessname.com, and click Search. You'll see whether it's available, plus our recommended options.
Pick a recommendation, or click Search Again to try something else.
Step 3: Confirm your domain
Click Confirm Selection.
Warning: Double-check your spelling before confirming. Changing your domain later, or adding extra domains, carries an additional fee.
Final thoughts
All done! It can take up to 72 hours for your new domain to point to your UENI website.
