Customers expect reputable businesses to have a professional email address, so setting yours up is one of the first steps to getting your business online. Here's why it matters.
Warning: You need a live custom domain first. Select one with us or connect your own.
Step 1: Open Pro Features
Log in to your UENI Hub and go to the Pro Features tab.
Step 2: Choose your username
Enter only the first part of your address in the Username field. For example, with the domain kingsman-and-co.com and the username contact, your address will be [email protected].
Warning: Choose carefully, as your email address can't be changed once submitted. Made a mistake? Contact our support team.
Step 3: Submit your request
Click Submit and confirm in the pop-up. Your email is usually ready in a few minutes, though it can take longer in some cases. You'll see its status next to the email tile on Pro Features.
Step 4: Open your inbox
Click Go to webmail in your UENI Hub, or go to UENImail directly, and log in with your new email address and password. Learn more about accessing your email.
Pro tip: Using Outlook, Apple Mail or Gmail? Click the copy icon next to your email address in the Hub, then paste it into your mail app during setup.
