Your professional email will only become available after your domain is successfully active, once your website is live.

There are two ways to access your UENI email account: It's important to note that your professional email is managed on a different platform than the UENI Business Hub. While UENI Hub focuses on managing your website and business settings, your email can be directly accessed via the UENImail portal.
Login via your UENI Hub
Log in to your UENI Hub and access the Pro Features tab as shown:
Scroll down to the My email addresses section and click on the Go to webmail button on the right-hand side for the email address of your choice:

Alternatively, you can directly go to UENImail.com. Enter your UENImail account email and password, then click on the Login button
If you encounter difficulties logging in, ensure that you are using the correct account credentials. Double-check that you are entering the full professional email address as the username (e.g., [email protected]) and confirm that the password is correct. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen to reset it.
You'll then be able to see your email inbox: To further safeguard your account, it's strongly recommended to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via the Settings > Security menu once you've logged in.
Congrats - you're ready to start communicating with your customers from your professional email!
Tip: If you're signing in from a public computer, make sure to log out when you're finished using your account.
