Forgot the password for your professional email account? You can reset it in a few minutes from the UENImail login page.
Step 1: Open the login page
Go to uenimail.com and click Forgot password? under the login section.
Step 2: Request a reset link
In the pop-up, enter the email address you're resetting the password for, and click Send.
Warning: Enter the business email address you're having trouble with, not your UENI login email.
Step 3: Open the reset email
A reset link is sent to the email address you signed up to UENI with. Click the link in the email.
Note: The reset link is only valid for 48 hours.
Step 4: Set your new password
Enter your new password in the boxes and click Update Password. Your details update straight away.
Pro tip: Using your email in another app, like Outlook or your phone? Update the password there too.
