Your professional email lives in UENImail, which is separate from your UENI Hub. The Hub is for managing your website and business settings, while UENImail is where you read and send your emails. There are two ways to get there.

Option 1: Log in through your UENI Hub
Log in to your UENI Hub and open the Pro Features tab.
Scroll down to My email addresses.
Click Go to webmail next to the address you want.
Option 2: Log in at UENImail
Go to uenimail.com, enter your email address and password, and click Login.
Pro tip: Once you're in, turn on multi-factor authentication in Settings > Security to keep your account safe. On a public computer, always log out when you're done.
Troubleshooting
"I can't log in": use your full professional email address as the username, for example [email protected], and check your password.
"I've forgotten my password": click Forgot Password on the login screen. See how to reset it.
