Keeping your password secure protects your account and your business. Here's how to change your password, or reset it if you've forgotten it.
Change your password
Open the menu next to your name on the right of your Hub.
Click Account Settings.
Scroll to Change Password and enter a new password.
Reset a forgotten password
Go to the UENI login page and select Password.
Click Forgot password.
Enter the email address you registered with and click Submit.
Open the email with the subject Password reset link, click the link, and choose a new password.
Your password is updated immediately.
Pro tip: Prefer not to use a password? Choose Get Login Link to receive a secure one-time login link by email.
Note: Once you're back in, check that your login email is up to date. If you used a temporary password or login link, set a new password.
Troubleshooting
"I didn't get the reset email": check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you entered the email linked to your UENI account.
"My temporary password doesn't work": enter it exactly as provided.
"I still can't get in": contact our support team.
