Read and send your UENI professional email right from the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad, so you never miss a customer message.
Step 1: Add a mail account
Go to Settings and tap Apps.
Tap Mail, then Mail Accounts, then Add Account.
Enter your email address and tap Next.
Tap Add Other Account, then Mail Account, then Next.
Note: Mail will try to find your settings automatically. This won't work for UENI mail, so you'll set up IMAP manually in the next step.
Step 2: Enter incoming server settings
Server: mail.uenimail.com
Port: 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP3)
Security type: SSL/TLS (if required)
Username: your full email address (e.g. [email protected])
Password: your mailbox password
Step 3: Enter outgoing server settings
Server: mail.uenimail.com
Port: 465 (if required)
Security type: SSL/TLS (if required)
Username: your full email address
Password: your mailbox password
Step 4: Verify your account
Tap Next. Your settings will be verified, and your inbox will appear in the Mail app.
Troubleshooting
"Username or password incorrect": use your full email address as the username, not just the part before the @.
"Cannot connect to server": check the server is mail.uenimail.com, with port 993 and SSL/TLS for incoming mail.
"I can receive but not send": check the outgoing server uses port 465 with SSL/TLS.
