How do I update nameservers on GoDaddy?

How to update the nameservers for a domain registered with GoDaddy so it points to your UENI website.

To show your UENI website at a domain registered with GoDaddy, update its nameservers to the ones we've given you. It only takes a few minutes.

Step 1: Open your domain

  1. Log in to your GoDaddy account and go to My products.

  2. Click the domain you want to connect to UENI.

Step 2: Open your nameserver settings

  1. Click Manage DNS.

  2. Scroll down to Nameservers and click Change.

  3. Click Enter my own nameservers (Advanced).

Step 3: Enter the UENI nameservers

  1. Enter the exact nameservers from your UENI email.

  2. Click Save, then Yes, I consent.

Note: Updates are processed within 3 to 6 hours, but can take up to 72 hours to show everywhere.

Troubleshooting

  • "My domain still shows the old site": allow up to 72 hours for the change to spread.

  • "I can't find the nameservers you gave me": check your email from UENI, including your spam folder, or contact our support team.
