To show your UENI website at a domain registered with 1&1 IONOS, update its nameservers to the ones we've given you. It only takes a few minutes.
Step 1: Open your domain
Log in to your 1&1 IONOS account and go to the Control Panel.
Select the domain you want to connect to UENI.
Step 2: Open Nameservers
Click the gear icon under Actions, then select Nameservers.
Step 3: Enter the UENI nameservers
Click Use Custom Nameservers.
Enter the exact nameservers from your UENI email.
Click Save.
Note: Updates usually process within 3 to 6 hours, but can take up to 72 hours to show everywhere.
Troubleshooting
"My domain still shows the old site": allow up to 72 hours for the change to spread.
"I can't find the nameservers you gave me": check your email from UENI, including your spam folder, or contact our support team.
