Want changes to your website? With the Edits Request Smart Form, you can request unlimited edits, from updating content and adding tools to a fresh new look, and our team will take care of them for you.
Warning: Unlimited edit requests are only available on the Plus and Growth plans.
Step 1: Open the Smart Edits platform
Click Request Edit in the top-right corner of your UENI Hub, follow the prompts, and click Submit.
Enter your login email address to see a preview of your site.
Click the pencil icon labelled Edit My Website on the right.
Step 2: Add a new request
Your request list will be empty the first time. Click Add New Request at the bottom of the menu.
Step 3: Choose the type of edit
Existing Page: update text, add sections or change the layout of a current page.
New Page: describe a new page you'd like added.
Menu: add, reorder or adjust your navigation menu items.
Other: anything else, including integrations with third-party tools, updates to your UENI-created logo, and changes to your Google Business Profile.
Note: To change the email shown on your site, use Existing Page. For new or existing custom email addresses and all domain tasks, contact our support team instead.
Step 4: Describe your change
Describe the change in the text box.
Attach a file, such as images or documents that help explain your request.
Draw on Page to show exactly where the change should go.
Pro tip: The more detail you give, and the more clearly you mark the spot, the faster our team can get it right.
Step 5: Submit your requests
Click Submit to add the request to your list. Add more with Add New Task, or edit and delete requests as needed.
When your list is complete, click Submit All Tasks.
Step 6: Track your requests
Your requests appear in the menu, where you can check their status anytime. To change one, click it and select Edit.
