Signed up, but we haven't been able to build your website yet? This usually happens for one of two reasons. Here's how to tell which one applies to you.
Troubleshooting
"I see a banner asking for my business information": we don't have enough information to build your website yet. Log in to your UENI Hub and follow the banner to share your business details.
"There's no banner, but my website hasn't been built": your business may be in a category we don't currently support. We'll email you if we start supporting your category in the future.
Pro tip: Share as much as you can, including images, descriptions, and your services. The more we know, the faster we can build your site.
