To change your UENI account password, follow these steps:
Login to your UENI account here
Select the menu next to your name on the right-hand side of your Hub
Click on Account Settings
Scroll down to Change Password and select a new password here

Forgot your password?
If you've forgotten your account details, follow these steps to reset your password.
First, head to the UENI login page here and select Password. You'll see the screen below. Alternatively, select the “Get Login Link” option to receive a secure one-time login link via email, allowing you to access your account directly without entering a password. Ensure the email used matches the one registered for your UENI account.
Now, click on the Forgot password option
Enter the email address you used to register with UENI
Hit Submit
You will receive an email from us with the subject line Password reset link. If the email does not appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders and ensure that you are using the correct email linked to your UENI account.
Click on the link provided and select your new password
That's it! Your account password will be updated immediately.

Once you regain access to your account, take time to:
Check and update your login email to ensure it stays current.
Update your password, if you logged in using a temporary or passwordless link.
