Your Customer Portal keeps your onboarding on track and, on the Growth plan, gives you and your Growth Marketing Expert a shared space to plan and grow your online presence. Here's how to make the most of it.
Tracking your onboarding
Onboarding is a set of steps that helps you get to know our platform, answers your early questions, and makes sure you're happy with your website. The Portal lets you and your onboarding agent track progress through a checklist, grouped by category.
What's on the checklist
Depending on your business, your checklist may include:
Products & Services: understanding the Products and Services sections and the booking system, connecting PayPal, setting up the Shopping Cart, and getting products and services ready for orders and leads.
Basic Know-How: using the UENI Editor and UENI Hub, sharing your website on social media, and understanding your Pro Features.
Website Satisfaction: confirming you're happy with your website's design and features.
Domain: understanding domains, claiming and connecting your domain, and claiming your professional email address.
Google Business Profile: verifying your Google account and requesting profile optimization.
Pro tip: Work through your checklist one category at a time, so no important step gets missed.
The Growth Program (Growth plan)
The Growth Program coaches you to become your own digital marketer, with help from a dedicated UENI Growth Marketing Expert who gets to know your business and tailors a program for you.
Growth onboarding
Online Presence Assessment: we review your current online presence to find strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
Goals Definition: together we set realistic, achievable goals.
Strategy Definition: we build a tailored strategy focused on the most impactful actions.
Growth Program presentation: we explain how the program works, and what to expect from you and from us.
Growth Program tasks
After onboarding, your Growth Account Manager assigns tasks after each Growth Call, sized to fit the time between calls. For example:
Ask happy customers to share their experience or refer friends.
Monitor reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook, and respond to recurring feedback.
Promote your blog posts on social media and in newsletters.
Create a social media content calendar.
Reply to comments, messages and mentions promptly.
Note: Keep attending your Growth Calls, even if some tasks aren't finished. Your Account Manager will adjust the pace to suit you.
Resources and tutorials
The Portal includes tutorials to help you carry out your strategy, covering email marketing, social media, Google Business Profile, lead generation, the marketing funnel and customer journey, SEO and keyword analysis, and technical tools like Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
Working together in the Portal
Share documents: upload and share files with your Account Manager.
Mentions and notifications: mention someone in a document to flag it. You'll both be notified, so nothing is missed.
