Your UENI website goes live as soon as it's built, so how do you work on updates without visitors seeing them half-finished? Here's a simple way to hide sections while you edit them.
Warning: This workaround only works on websites using Advanced Layouts.
Step 1: Open the UENI Editor
Go to your UENI Hub and click Edit Website.
Step 2: Remove sections from your live page
Click Pages, choose the page, click Edit, then click the trash icon next to each section you want to hide.
Step 3: Create a hidden page
Click Pages, then Add Page and New Blank Page.
Add the sections you want to edit to this new page.
Note: As long as this page isn't added to your site's menu, visitors can't reach it without a direct link.
Step 4: Edit your sections
Click each section on the hidden page and make your changes. Take your time, as nothing is visible to visitors yet.
Step 5: Make your updates live
When you're happy, add the updated sections back to your live pages.
