Selling digital products, like downloadable art, patterns, templates, or files, is a great way to earn more from your skills. On UENI, it works just like selling a physical product, except you email the file to your customer after they buy.
Step 1: List your digital product
Log in to your UENI Hub and click Edit Website.
Add your digital product just like any other product. Here's how to add products.
Customers can then add it to their cart and check out.
Step 2: Check your order
When someone buys, you'll get a notification in your UENI Hub and by email. Open My Customers to see the order and your customer's details.
Step 3: Send the file
Email your digital product to the address your customer gave with their order.
Note: Files aren't sent automatically, so send them promptly after each order to keep customers happy.
