Terms & Conditions set out the rules for doing business with you and add a professional touch to your website. Every UENI customer can add them, and we provide a template to get you started.
Step 1: Open Merchant Policies
Log in to your UENI Hub and select Edit Website.
Click Settings, then Merchant Policies.
Select Terms & Conditions.
Step 2: Add your terms
Write your own terms in the section, or use our template:
Click Example Policy.
In the pop-up, click Apply Policy.
Warning: The template is a starting point. Review and edit it so it accurately reflects your business.
Step 3: Save your changes
Click Save.
Note: Customers can read your terms in the Send a Message section and in Merchant Policies at the bottom of your website.

Done, your Terms & Conditions are live on your website!
