How to cancel your UENI account

At UENI, we work hard to build great websites and provide quality service to all our customers.

If you're unsatisfied with our services for any reason, we'd really appreciate the opportunity to make this up to you. Before proceeding to cancel your site, please check that you have taken the steps detailed below.

Have you tried contacting our support team?

Our team prides itself on our personal approach to customer care, and we're always happy to answer any questions you may have. Are you experiencing any issues editing your website, or have any questions about your UENI account?

Before taking any further action, we encourage you to get in touch with our team by logging in and chatting to us. A member of the customer support team will personally handle your case and answer your query.

Still wish to cancel?

If you're certain you still wish to cancel your site, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your UENI account and go to your My Account area in the top-right corner, next to your name.

  2. Choose the Subscription option.

  3. Click on the Cancel Subscription below your plan name.

  4. A chat window will open where our AI assistant, Fin, will ask for your cancellation reason and may suggest alternatives that could help.

  5. Once submitted, your request will be passed to a member of our team to review and finalize the cancellation.

Your cancellation will only be finalized once a human agent confirms your request.

Once your subscription is canceled, your UENI-hosted website will go offline, and any domains or email services provided by UENI will become inaccessible.
