How do I pay my invoice?

Updated today

At UENI, our subscriptions are designed to be hassle-free. Payments are automatically processed using the payment method registered to your account on your renewal date.

However, there are times when a payment might fail—for example, if your card was reported lost or stolen, a security block was placed by your bank, or the card has expired.

If your payment fails, you can manually re-attempt the charge once you’ve updated your details or spoken with your bank.

How to retry a failed payment

If you have a pending invoice due to a failed payment, you can trigger a manual retry through your Hub by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your UENI Hub.

  2. Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner (where it says Hi [Your Name]).

  3. Select Subscription from the drop-down menu.

  4. On the Subscription page, you will see a red alert regarding your payment. Click the orange Renew Now button.

What if the payment fails again?

If the "Renew Now" attempt is unsuccessful, it usually means the payment method on file is being declined by the issuer. In this case:

  • Update your card: Click on View billing details (or select Billing details from the top-right menu) to enter a new payment method. See our guide on updating billing info here.

  • Contact your bank: Ensure that your bank is not blocking the transaction for security reasons.

Please Note: It is important to resolve pending payments by the date shown in your Hub alerts to prevent your subscription from being automatically cancelled.
