Your footer is the last thing visitors see, so make it count. The Advanced footer lets you build a multi-column footer with titles, links, social icons, contact details, your logo and more, with no code needed.
Step 1: Turn on the Advanced footer
Open your website in the UENI Editor.
Go to the Footer.
Set Type Of Footer to Advanced.
Note: Simple shows just your tagline. You can switch back to it at any time.
Step 2: Add columns
Click Add Column to add more.
Drag a column by its handle to reorder it, or click the bin icon to remove it.
Desktop shows up to 4 columns per row. Extra columns wrap to the next row.
Step 3: Add blocks to each column
Click Add Block inside a column and choose a type. Drag blocks to reorder them.
Title: a heading for the column.
Description: short text with bold, italic, underline and alignment.
Link: link to a page, phone number or web address, with an optional icon and new-tab option.
Media: an image.
Social Links: your social profiles from Contact Us, as a list or icons.
Contact Us: your contact details from Contact Us.
Logo: your header logo, with optional text, a size control and a link home.
Divider: a subtle line to separate content.
Pro tip: Social Links, Contact Us and Logo pull from your Contact Us section and Header, so they update automatically when you change those details.
Step 4: Style your footer
Design Footer: set colours, spacing and more to match your site.
Custom Branding: add a tagline and logo, and choose their alignment.
Step 5: Check and save
Use the phone and desktop toggle at the top of the editor to check your footer. Columns stack neatly on smaller screens. Not happy? Click Cancel before saving, or switch back to Simple.
Final thoughts
Click Save and your new footer goes live across your site. Done!
