How do I unsubscribe from emails and SMS?

How to unsubscribe from UENI marketing emails and SMS, or choose which updates you receive.

You're in control of what UENI sends you. Opt out of marketing emails and SMS at any time, or choose just the updates that matter to you.

Option 1: Unsubscribe from an email

  1. Scroll to the bottom of any UENI marketing email and click Unsubscribe.

  2. On the confirmation page, click the orange Unsubscribe button. This opts you out of that email's topic, such as Promotions.

Option 2: Choose your email and SMS topics

  1. On the unsubscribe confirmation page, click Manage all your subscription preferences here.

  2. Tick the topics you want: Product Updates, Small Business News - Weekly Newsletter, UENI Perks, Promotions and SMS Updates.

  3. Click Save preferences, or Unsubscribe from all to stop all marketing.

Option 3: Manage SMS in your UENI Hub

  1. Log in to your UENI Hub and click Hi [your name] in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Personal details.

  3. In Contact Details, untick "I'm happy to hear from UENI with news, tips, and offers via SMS/RCS" to stop SMS, or tick it to start.

  4. Click Save Profile.

Warning: You'll still receive essential emails about your account status, invoices and subscription renewals.
