Step 1: Open your subscription
Log in to your UENI account, open My Account next to your name in the top-right corner, and choose Subscription.
Step 2: Request cancellation
Click Cancel Subscription below your plan name. A chat window opens where Fin, our AI assistant, asks why you're cancelling and may suggest alternatives.
Step 3: Wait for confirmation
Once you submit your request, a member of our team reviews it and finalizes the cancellation.
Note: Your cancellation is only final once a member of our team confirms it.
Warning: Once cancelled, your UENI-hosted website goes offline, and any domains or email services provided by UENI become inaccessible. Back up any important emails first.
