If you are unhappy with what we have to offer, you can simply claim your money back within 30 days from the date that you signed up. Refunds are only available for original purchases made during this period.
Step 1: Log into your Hub
To request a refund, simply log into your Business Hub here.
Step 2: Go to Subscription
Next, click on the icon in the top right corner, and select Subscription.
Simply select Cancel Subscription and a chat window will open where you can select your cancellation reason:

However, if you are certain about leaving, simply choose "Continue with cancellation" and you will be able to proceed.
Step 3: Connect to a human agent
Once you’ve selected the option that best matches your situation, the request will be passed to a member of our team, who will review it and finalize the cancellation for you.
Step 4: We will get in touch when the refund is completed
We will endeavour to process your refund as soon as your request is received. Typically, refunds appear on your payment card within 5–10 business days. If there are further delays, it is likely due to your card issuer's processing time.
