How to claim your UENI 30-day money-back guarantee and how long refunds take.

Not happy with UENI? You can claim your money back within 30 days of signing up. Here's how to request your refund.

Warning: Refunds are only available for original purchases made within 30 days of the date you signed up.

Step 1: Log in to your UENI Hub

Log in to your UENI Hub.

Step 2: Request cancellation

  1. Click the icon in the top-right corner and select Subscription.

  2. Click Cancel Subscription and choose your reason in the chat window.

  3. Fin, our AI assistant, may suggest alternatives. If you're sure, choose Continue with cancellation.

Step 3: A team member reviews your request

Your request is passed to a member of our team, who reviews it and finalizes the cancellation.

Step 4: Receive your refund

We process your refund as soon as we receive your request, and we'll let you know when it's done. Refunds usually appear on your card within 5 to 10 business days.

Note: Any longer delays are usually down to your card issuer's processing time.
