UENI's new custom Form feature allows you to do more with your website, but what happens when you reach the storage or form limit? Let's have a look.
Plan limits
Your UENI plan determines how many live forms you can have at once and how much storage is available for form uploads (like file attachments customers submit).

What happens when you reach a limit
If you're at your live form limit, the Create a new form option in Settings > Forms is blocked until you delete an existing form or upgrade your plan.
If you're at your storage limit, new file submissions are blocked. Your customers will see a message on the public form letting them know uploads aren't possible right now and to contact you directly. To fix this, delete some forms or attachments to free up space, or upgrade to a plan with more storage.
Note: Storage is calculated automatically from everything stored for your account, so it always reflects your real usage.
Track your usage
You can see how much of your form and storage limit you've used at any time under Subscription in your UENI profile.
Pro Tip: We'll also email you when you're getting close to a limit (around 80% used) and again if you reach it, so you can act before anything gets blocked.
