⚠️ IMPORTANT: Make sure that your opening hours are defined so your customers know what time they can find you and activate your bookable services. If you haven't added them yet, click here to learn how.



Do you offer a bookable service? This can be anything from a haircut, salon appointment, or even a palm reading!

 

All you have to do is confirm that your service/product is bookable, and clients will be able to make bookings directly from your website.

Making Services Bookable

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to get your services available for booking:



Step 1: Log in to the Editor

To get started, log into your Business Hub and click on "Edit Website" (this will take you to your website Editor).


Step 2: Go to your Services

Once on the Editor, open your website "Sections" and then open your "Services" page.



If you have not already added your services to your page, please check out our guide here where we go through the simple steps of how you can do this. Use this area to add, edit, or remove the services displayed on your website.


Step 3: Make the service Bookable

Making your service Bookable will allow your customers to book the service directly on your site. You can add a 'Book' button by simply ticking the Bookable checkbox. 




Step 4: Set your Service Duration and add a Buffer time

Prevent overlaps between bookings by specifying the service durations and add a brief buffer time to prepare for the next appointment or to just rest.



Step 5: Save your work

To finish and save your changes, hit the "Save" button.



Step 6: Set your time zone

Go back to the Settings menu and choose your Time Zone. This will ensure that the booking window reflects your correct time zone, even if your clients are in a different one. Once again, don't forget to save your changes.




Step 7: Get your bookings

Your customers can now book your services from the "Book" button in your website's header or individually in any service. When a customer clicks the "Book" button, a calendar appears where they can book a specific day and time, as defined in your opening hours.
