To show your UENI website at a domain registered with Heart Internet, update its nameservers to the ones we've given you. It only takes a few minutes.
Step 1: Open your domain
Log in to your Heart Internet Customer Area.
Click Manage Domain Names.
Under Manage Web Hosting Domains, select your domain from the drop-down list.
Click Manage Now.
Step 2: Enter the UENI nameservers
Select Change Nameservers.
Enter the exact nameservers we've provided.
Click Change Nameservers to save.
Note: Updates are processed within 3 to 6 hours, but can take up to 72 hours to show everywhere.
Troubleshooting
"My domain still shows the old site": allow up to 72 hours for the change to spread.
"I can't find the nameservers you gave me": check your email from UENI, including your spam folder, or contact our support team.
