The most effective way to get assistance is through our UENI Messenger.
To do so, you first need to log in to your Business Hub.
To trigger the Messenger widget, click on the Blue Circle at the bottom-right of your Hub (see image below)
The Messenger has three main sections:
Home
Messages
Help
The Home tab is the starting point when you open the Messenger: From here, you can start a new conversation with our AI assistant, speak directly to our team, or select one of the suggested topics shown on the screen.
The Messages tab contains all your conversations with our team: You can use this section to read previous messages, reply to an ongoing conversation, or check if we’ve already responded to you.
If you’ve contacted us before and are following up on the same topic, it’s best to reply in an existing conversation instead of starting a new one.
Please note: For users on our Lifetime Deal, we offer access to speaking directly to our team for your first 30 days with us so you can get started with your new website while receiving immediate assistance in real time! Feel free to reach out to us and enjoy this service while it is on offer!
The Help tab is where you can find self‑service support: Here, you can browse help articles, read FAQs, or search for answers by typing keywords related to your question (for example, billing, edits, or domain).
Starting a New Conversation
You can start a new conversation from either the Home or Messages tab.
When reaching out, try to clearly explain what you need help with and include any relevant details. This helps us understand your request and respond more efficiently.
Replies and Response Time
Our team responds as soon as possible during business hours (10 am to 6 pm EST)
If you send a message outside business hours, we’ll reply once we’re back online. Your conversation will remain in the Messages tab, so you don’t need to stay on the page. For convenience, replies are also sent to your email address. This means you can read and respond to messages directly from your inbox if you prefer.
