At UENI, we want to make sure you only receive the updates that matter to you. If you would like to stop receiving marketing emails or SMS messages, you can update your preferences or opt out completely at any time.
Here are the different ways you can manage your communication settings.
Unsubscribing Directly from an Email
If you have received a marketing email from us and wish to opt out, follow these steps:
Scroll to the very bottom of the email.
Click on the Unsubscribe link in the footer.
You will be taken to a confirmation web page. The specific message displayed (e.g., Do you want to unsubscribe from Promotions?) will depend on the exact type of email you clicked from.
Click the orange Unsubscribe button to confirm your opt-out for that topic.
Managing All Email & SMS Topic Preferences
If you want to customize exactly what types of messages you receive instead of unsubscribing from everything, you can use our preference center:
On the email unsubscribe confirmation page, click the link at the bottom that says Manage all your subscription preferences here.
You will see a list of communication topics. You can check or uncheck them based on your needs:
Product Updates: New features and benefits available on your account or website.
Small Business News - Weekly Newsletter: Weekly insights delivered every Monday morning to keep you updated on the business world.
UENI Perks: Special offers and exclusive partner discounts.
Promotions: Time-limited discounts on UENI subscriptions.
SMS Updates: Promotional text communications as well as product-related important reminders.
Once you've made your selections, click Save preferences.
Alternatively, if you want to stop all marketing communication instantly from this page, simply click the Unsubscribe from all button.
Managing SMS Preferences via Your UENI Hub
If you want to explicitly opt in or out of mobile text message updates, you can do so at any time directly inside your account:
Log into your UENI Hub.
Click on your profile menu in the top-right corner (where it says Hi Your Name).
Select Personal details from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to the Contact Details section.
Locate the checkbox that reads: “I’m happy to hear from UENI with news, tips, and offers via SMS/RCS.”
To stop receiving SMS: Uncheck this box.
To start receiving SMS: Check this box.
Click the orange Save Profile button at the bottom to apply your updates.
Please Note: Unsubscribing from communications will not prevent you from receiving essential transactional emails regarding your website account status, billing invoices, or subscription renewals.
