If you would like to change the login email address for your account, follow these two simple steps:


Step 1: Click on your Personal Details

Step 2: Enter your new email address

To get started, log into your Business Hub and access your Profile by clicking the arrow in the top-right corner.


Step 2: Enter your new email address

On this page, scroll down to the bottom to find the option for Change Email. Here, you have to enter the new email address you would like your account email to be changed to.



Confirm your new email address and then press the Save Email button.


You will now receive an automatic email in your new email address that the change has gone through.




Congratulations! You have now successfully changed the email address of your UENI account.


Please make sure to use this new email address to log in to your UENI Hub, submit tickets in the Helpdesk, and write emails to us. This new email address is also where contact forms will be sent when they are submitted by prospective customers on your website.
