What is the UENI Editor?
The UENI Editor is our very own state-of-the-art in-house tool used to make edits to your website.
This tool can be used to make instant edits to your website in real-time, meaning that you won't have to wait to have edits appear on your website. It is also fully optimized for usage on desktop computers and mobile phone devices as well.
The Editor can be accessed directly in the Edit Website tab of your UENI Hub. Here's what it looks like:
The Editor is broken down into various sections that cover all of the content that is visible on your website - this includes written text and images. Each of these sections are dedicated to a specific, unique part of your website.
You can access each of these sections to make edits that you'd like. Here's what the Editor and these sections look like:
As shown in the image above, you can see a real-time display of your website on the right-hand side. Any changes that you make to your website via the Editor will first be shown on this display so you can see what they would look like from the customer's perspective.
You can find answers to frequently asked questions regarding the Editor on this section from the UENI Helpdesk.
For example, you are a clothing store that sells online, and you would like to add more products to your website. For this, you would have to access the Editor and modify the Products section. You can find information on how to edit this section on this link.
In some cases, you may want to add a feature on your website that is not currently supported in our range of services. The Editor is designed such that you can edit and modify existing sections to properly showcase the feature you're looking to add.
For example, you are an author with your own website, you would like to add a blog to your website. While there is no dedicated space to write a blog, you can modify the existing Price List section to resemble a blog - successfully improvising what the Editor has to offer. You'll find information on how to improvise and add a blog on this link.

The Editor tool primarily serves to provide you direct access to making edits to your website instantly. It's designed to be as user-friendly as possible to offer you complete control over the content on your website.
It also doesn't require any knowledge of programming or coding. With the click of a few buttons, you can make changes to your website from the convenience of your own device without having to rely on anyone else.
