Step 1: Log into your Hub
To request a refund, simply log into your Business Hub here.
Step 2: Go to Subscription
Next, click on the icon in the top right corner, and select Subscription.
Simply select Close Account and you will be redirected to a form to submit your refund request.
Please note, you may be shown a banner which asks you to book a call to meet one of our specialists if you have not yet had the chance to speak to us, so that we can help you with any questions that you may have about having a website with us. Hopefully, this may change your mind about closing your account. However, if you are certain about leaving, simply choose "I don't want to keep my online presence" and you will be able to proceed.
Step 3: Fill in the form to request a refund
You will be redirected to fill in our request for a refund form. We are sad to see you go, therefore the last step is to submit a short feedback form to let us know why you are unsatisfied with our services. Simply click Start and fill out a quick questionnaire and submit this.
Step 4: We will get in touch when the refund is completed
We will endeavour to process your refund as soon as your request is received.
