The FAQ Standalone Sections allow you to add individual pages to display commonly asked questions and answers on a website about topics that may be relevant to your business, such as hours, shipping and handling, product information, and return policies.

Adding a FAQ Page
You can add the new FAQ standalone section to your website in the following steps:
- Jump in to Editor → Pages
- Click the “Add Page or Link” button
- Select "FAQ" option
- Type in the name of your FAQ section
Once the new page is created, you will see the new section appear on the navigation menu and customers can access this page by clicking on the menu.
Creating FAQ Entries
You can create different entries by clicking on Add entry. You will then be able to add the questions and answers relevant to your business. Use this section to resolve any questions or issues that your customers may have while navigating your website. Once this is done, click Save. You can continue to add as many entries as you want following the same steps.

Sorting FAQ Entries
By default, new FAQ entries appear at the top, i.e., entries are sorted in reverse chronological order. You can sort your pages in any order by clicking on Edit, then drag and drop these entries to the order that you want.
To delete an entry, simply click on the trash icon.
Change the position of your FAQ section
As each section (Space, Profiles, Media Collection, FAQ, etc.) gets its own link in your website’s menu, you may want to change its position. This is fairly easy! Head back to Pages and click on Edit then drag and drop the section to your desired position.
Deleting the FAQ page
- Go to the Editor → Pages → FAQs.
- Click on the FAQ section within your page.
- Scroll down to find Delete and click on the bin icon.
