The Delivery Call allows you to book a videoconferencing call with a UENI expert. Scheduling the Delivery Call couldn't be simpler! You can schedule the Delivery Call at the point of signup during the process of filling out information about your business. However, if you have missed this at signup, you can schedule it on UENI Business Hub with a “book your Website Delivery Call” link.
Here's what it will look like:
Click on “book your Website Delivery Call” link and then you will be navigated to a new page where you can select a date and time for your booking. The timings will be automatically set to your local time (please check, however, if you are using a VPN), and you will be provided with a list of all available dates and times. You can book your call up to 7 days in advance. You will receive a notification email with the date and time of your Delivery Call, and it will also be shown on your UENI Business Hub.
Rescheduling a Delivery Call
If you are unable to attend the call, you can always re-schedule it to a different date. Just keep in mind it needs to be at least 7 days after you submitted your business information, as that’s the time our team needs to build your website.

Through the reschedule link in your UENI Business Hub
Using the link in your Delivery Call notification email
Directly from the calendar event
For follow-up calls, please use the reschedule link included in the Delivery Call notification emails or in the calendar event.
Checking in to your Delivery Call
It is mandatory that you check-in to your Delivery Call. You will receive an email and SMS asking for confirmation 36 hours before your Delivery Call date.
