Letting customers know how long orders take to process and deliver sets clear expectations and builds trust. You can add your processing times in the Merchant Policies section of your website.
Step 1: Open Merchant Policies
Log in to your UENI Hub and select Edit Website.
Click Settings, then Merchant Policies.
Select Processing time.
Step 2: Add your processing time
Enter your processing time and any notes to go with it, then click Save.
Note: Customers can see your processing times by clicking Merchant Policies at the bottom of your website.
Pro tip: Be realistic with your times. It's better to deliver early than late.
