Still wish to downgrade?
You can request a downgrade directly from your UENI Business Hub by following these steps:
Log in to your UENI account
Click on Plans in the top navigation menu
Select your preferred plan
Submit your request
What happens next?
Once your request is submitted:
Your downgrade will be scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle
Your website will remain active
Some features may be removed depending on the plan you choose, such as widgets and more than one professional e-mail address.
