Not everyone wants their address public. This is often the case for mobile service providers and home-based businesses. You can keep your address private on your website and Google Business Profile while still showing customers where you work.
How it works
Instead of your address, we use the areas or city you gave us at signup. This gives customers an accurate idea of the areas you serve without revealing where you live.
Step 1: Hide your address on your website
In the UENI Editor, open Contact Us and switch off Address visibility. See how to edit your contact information.
Step 2: Ask us to update your Google profile
Contact our Customer Support team, and we'll adjust your Google Business Profile to show your service areas instead.
Note: Google still needs your address to verify your listing, even when it's hidden from the public.
Pro tip: Keep your service areas up to date, so customers can see exactly where you work.
